'I've never met a home schooler before'


What do I say to someone who utters these words? Should I comment on their blindness about the society they live in? Or should I think to myself, we've clearly failed to make enough noise.

I haven't either, unless meeting online like this counts. I do have utmost respect for them though, I must admit feeling rather glad that I may offload my two the the educational institution tomorrow...

I would see it as the perfect excuse/opportunity/justification/invitation for making more noise I think ;o)

Lol, make more noise, is what we need to do.

It does serve as a great opportunity to explain to them about hom educating. most people I have come across, supposedly want to, but are afraid of different things.
